Here are a couple of videos I haven’t shared yet. In the first video, I share six steps you can take if you feel that, ahem, strong emotional response coming on.
Since I work from home, I spend a lot of time in my office, so I thought it would be fun to record somewhere else.
My goal in each video is the learn something new, and my motto is “done is better than perfect.” I learned that recording in my living room means I will end up making eleventy-billion trips up and down the stairs getting set up. I will then be disheveled in the video. But I met my goal and lived up to my motto by posting.
In this video, I talk more about why sleep seems to elude us in midlife, and one surprising solution I found.
